Ingredients:
Hami melon : 80 gm
White wine : moderate amount
Honey : 1 teaspoon
Lemon : 1/6
Remove the rind of melon, cut to moderate size, mix with lemon juice, white wine, hone in the juicer, cool the mixture in a refrigerator and serve.
A good drink after meal, particularly for guests. Make sure to control the content of honey in case this drink is served before meal. The white wine may be replaced by normal wine.
