Ingredients:
Coriander : 10 gm
Perilla nankinensis leaves : 10 pcs
Lettuce : 1, small
Apple : 1, small
Water celery : 10 gm
Rape : 35 gm
Lemon : ½
Honey : 1-2 teaspoons
Directions:
Remove the skin of apple mix with coriander, perilla nankinensis leaves, water celery, lettuce and rape in the juicer, add lemon juice and honey while blending.
Effects:
Be careful to control the amount of honey to maintain alkalinity.
