GINGER JUICE

Ingredients:
Cabbage : 1 leaf, medium
Ginger juice : 2-3 teaspoons
Tomato : ½, medium
Coriander : 20 gm
Green pepper : 1, large
Apple : ½, large
Celery : 35 gm

Directions:

  1. Smash ginger and squeeze the juice.
  2. Remove the rind of apple and tomato.
  3. Mix all ingredients in the juicer.

Effects:
Natural essence and spice will stimulate blood circulation.
